Orders are accepted for approved destinations in Canada, and the destination is checked when the order is created rather than after payment. No dispatch timing is published, because none is established — we would rather say nothing than publish a date we have not committed to.

The rate is read from the database when you place the order, so you are charged the rate in force at that moment and your order records what was actually used. If no rate is configured for your address, checkout stops and says so rather than guessing or charging nothing.

Yes. The price per vial falls at three, five and ten of the same item — 10%, 20% and 30% respectively. There is no code to enter and nothing to claim: the pack size is chosen on the product and the rate is applied when the order is created, from the rate card held in the database. The price you are shown before you confirm is the price you are charged, and the order records the per-vial price it was actually billed at.

From the laboratory that tested that lot. A lot cannot be released without its certificate, its purity, its test date, the laboratory and the method — that is a database constraint rather than a policy — and the certificate is published on the ledger before any vial from that lot is offered for supply. What has been tested is what the ledger shows; if a lot is not there, it has not been released.

Yes. Every lot released for supply carries a code printed on its label, and that code opens that lot’s own record — the certificate, the purity, the test date, the laboratory and the method. It stays readable long after the vial has left us.

Its record stays public, with the reason it was withdrawn recorded against it. A recall a customer cannot find is not a recall, so a withdrawn lot is never removed from the ledger and its original figures are never edited.
