PEPTIDE CONFIDENTIAL — TERMS OF SALE (version 1) For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use. Not a drug, food, or cosmetic. 1. What we sell. Every product on this site is a laboratory reagent supplied for in-vitro research use only. Nothing sold here is for human or veterinary use, and nothing on this site is an offer to supply anything for any other purpose. 2. Who may order. Orders are accepted only from buyers who affirm, at checkout, that they are acquiring the materials for laboratory research use only, that the materials are not for human or veterinary use, and that they are 21 years of age or older. That declaration is recorded with each order. 3. Prices and payment. Prices are stated in Canadian dollars. Payment is by Interac e-Transfer to the account named at checkout. An order remains awaiting payment until the transfer is received and confirmed. 4. Order totals. The total for an order is computed by our systems from the published price of each item and the shipping rate for the destination at the time the order is placed. A later price change does not change an order already placed. 5. Shipping. We ship only to destinations we serve, and whether a destination is served is checked when the order is placed. 6. Lot records. Each released lot is published on this site with its certificate of analysis, and a withdrawn lot's record remains published. The record for a lot supplied with an order can be checked on this site at any time. 7. If we cannot fulfil an order. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will tell you and return your payment. 8.
